At HappyHeart, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. To ensure fairness for both customers and our business, we follow a transparent and strict return and refund policy.
7-Day Easy Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Valid order ID or invoice required
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care & hygiene products
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
- Customized or special-order products
Damaged / Wrong Product (Priority Support)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Product photos showing issue
- Order details
Without an unboxing video, claims may be rejected (this helps prevent fraud).
After verification:
- Free replacement OR
- Full refund (no extra charges)
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund mode:
- Prepaid orders → Original payment method
- COD orders → Bank transfer / UPI (customer must provide details)
- Store credit (in selected cases)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Important Rules
To prevent misuse and fake orders:
- COD orders may require order confirmation via call or WhatsApp
- Repeated COD cancellations/refusals may lead to:
- COD option being disabled
- Future orders being blocked
For COD returns:
- Refund will not be given in cash
- Only via bank transfer / UPI / store credit
Return Shipping Charges
- Free return shipping for:
- Damaged / defective / wrong items
- Customer pays return shipping for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size/order
Shipping charges may be deducted from refund.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- You may request return after delivery (if eligible)
Late or Missing Refunds
If refund is delayed:
- Check your bank / payment method
- Contact your bank (processing delays are common)
Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse
HappyHeart reserves the right to:
- Reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or tampering
- Deny refunds in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Block users who repeatedly abuse return/COD policies
